In this tutorial you will learn how to turn a pic into a drawinng/sketch in 4 simple steps

Step One:
Make three copies of your render, and desaturate all of them.

Step Two:
Invert the top layer (Ctrl + I) and set it to Color Dodge (opacity ~85%).

Step Three:
Give the inverted layer a Gaussian Blur of around 3.0px.

Step Four:
On the middle layer, go to Filter > Brush Strokes > Angled Strokes and use the default settings (although you can play around with this for other effects), and take the opacity down to around 20%.

I was expirimentating with how to color the drawing and found this 3 effects:

If you create a layer in Luminosity and a layer in Overlay above all the other layers you get a cool b/w effect.
To Color the draw, place a layer in Soft light and one in Overlay above all the other layers. It will look more like a real picture then, but it's a way,
And if you place a layer on Color and one with Difference on top you get a accentrated effect in black and white.

You should create a new layer .. plain white between top and middle.. Then go to Filter > Sketch > Note paper.. then play around with settings... Click Okay and then invert layer and set it to exclusion

You will now have a nice paper effect on it too

be sure to check out my sons blog. James, I am going to look into that too, cheers. I feel that for a lot of users computers are an easy way of overcoming printing impairments, yet sadly so many websites, items of software and even things with huge possible like Ebooks aren't accessible. The area of maths is particularly difficult since it is non linear and uses non standard characters that cannot be tapped out with a keyboard or even easily read by simply screenreaders.

Fig rolls are concerning the only biscuits I'm able to eat because I am lactose intolerant! Actually, I may have to hobble downstairs to find me personally some (I've got a broken foot at the moment). My spouse and i hold you totally responsible for this impromptu tea break!
