thats all it is basically, you have to pay points to view a topic, now this could be used in resources and/or other forums like tutorials etc, just a way of keeping things rolling in the forum with the points people have

If we get enough people in here who are interested in sports we could have Debate Contest subforum. I have been in quite a few debate contest on sports forum before. They are also a good thing if we have some other who love sports as much as I do.
